Upon Jeffrey Durham’s graduation from Reformed Theological Seminary in May 2024, the Pastoral Search Team and Session recommended to the congregation that Jeff Durham be called to be our pastor. The congregation approved Jeff’s call overwhelmingly in July 2024.

The congregation knew Jeff’s servant heart, work ethic, humble sincerity, and talents. His Naval Career provided excellent experience in people skills, leadership, and responsibility. Jeff’s preaching is biblically strong. His preaching fits the wide variety of educational backgrounds in our congregation. He and Candie lead the Food Pantry ministry.

GracePoint requested to Rivers and Lakes Presbytery, our Evangelical Presbyterian Church governing body, that Jeff Durham be accepted for ordination and serve as our Pastor. After preaching to those assembled at the Presbytery’s September meeting and enduring a final oral exam for more than an hour, Jeffrey’s ordination was approved unanimously and acknowledged with a standing ovation.  He was formally ordained on October 20, 2024. Praise be to our Lord!
