What a great day! What a great group of travelers! What a great church that God is growing in the western suburbs of Cancun!

Maundy Thursday worship is held to observe a day of commemoration of Jesus’ last supper with his disciples before his death. This worship will be somber and, as Communion is shared, we will remember the sacrifice our redeemer made on the cross. All who are baptized and believe in Christ’s death and resurrection, are invited to the Communion table.
The “Seven Last Words of Christ,” a Good Friday Ecumenical Service held at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, will begin at 11:45 AM with an Organ prelude. At 12:00 PM, the Procession of Cross will take place followed by worship in seven 20-minute segments with organ interludes for arriving and departing.
This 3-hour service is led by community religious leaders and area musicians per Word. GracePoint’s Director of Ministries, Jeffrey Durham, will deliver the first of the seven messages.
Tower Chime tolls 33 times to conclude service. Free-will offering supports community needs. In-person and live streamed (stlukesdbq.org/goodfriday)
