The Precepts Bible Study for Fall will cover I Kings 15-22, 2 Kings 1-2, and 2 Chronicles 14-20.

Featuring rulers in both Israel the Northern Kingdom and Judah the Southern Kingdom, we’ll learn about Jehoshaphat, Asa, Jehoram, Ahab and Jezebel. The study of Elijah, God’s prophet to Israel during the time of Ahab and Jezebel, is particularly timely. This time in the history of God’s people was truly a time of division: divided nations and divided hearts.  Living in a time of division ourselves, there is much we can learn from these rulers and the prophets who spoke God’s message to them.
